This page sets out the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service for Trusted Tarot: the Trusted Tarot app, the TrustedTarot.com website and the emails we send. Trusted Tarot is run by Grow Media Limited, a company registered in New Zealand.

Trusted Tarot is provided for entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice from medical, mental health, legal, financial or other qualified professionals.

This document is split into two parts: Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Privacy Policy

  1. We disclose potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to our employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf or to provide the service. Some of our employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using the service, you consent to the transfer of personal information to New Zealand, the USA, Canada, and other jurisdictions where we, our employees, contractors and affiliated organizations are located.
  2. We may also provide information concerning your account and your use of the service to 3rd parties, at our sole discretion, if:
    1. it is requested by law enforcement authorities.
    2. we have reason to believe that it is in your interest that we provide such information.
    3. it is necessary in order to keep the service running, or to diagnose or fix problems with the service or another network.
    4. we need to investigate and/or follow up on support requests for products and services not sold by Trusted Tarot.
  3. Like most website operators, we collect non-personally-identifying information that browsers and servers typically make available (such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request). Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how visitors use the Web Site. From time to time, we may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of the service.
  4. Certain users of the service choose to interact with the service in a way that requires gathering personally-identifying information. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for additional information about their reading to provide a first name, email address, and other information. Those who engage in transactions with the service – by purchasing a membership, for example – are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. Visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain activities that are part of the service.
  5. We also track many of the actions you take on the site in order to improve the service.
  6. When you sign up, we will send to you e-mails offering products or services that we think you would be interested in, related to additional information about Tarot, Astrology, Numerology and other topics. You can easily opt-out of these emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email. These offers may be from 3rd parties.
  7. A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. we use cookies to help us identify and track visitors, their usage of the service, and their Web Site access preferences. Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using the service, with the drawback that certain features of the service may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
  8. If the service, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or it goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of the service may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
  9. Ads appearing on the service may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by the service and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.
  10. By transmitting information to the service and the Web Site, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license (with rights to sublicense) to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, edit and distribute the information (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such submission.
  11. Ads on our website are served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to our website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our website and/or other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google’s Ads Settings, and opt out of some other vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
  12. We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our website. Google Analytics gathers information about website use by means of cookies. The information gathered relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of our website. Here is Google's privacy policy.
  13. We may advertise Trusted Tarot on other websites and apps, including those of Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To measure that advertising and show our ads to people who have visited our website, our website may use their tags, such as the Meta Pixel and Google’s advertising and analytics tags, which may set cookies and collect information about your visit and the actions you take on our website. Google and Meta use this information under their own privacy policies. You can manage how it is used in your Google and Facebook ad settings, and limit cookies in your browser.
  14. Trusted Tarot is run by Grow Media Limited, a company registered in New Zealand, and your data may be processed in New Zealand, the United States, Canada and other countries or jurisdictions.
  15. Some personalized content in the app is created with the assistance of a language model provided by one of our service providers, which processes the information needed to create it, such as your question and first name, on our behalf.
  16. We store personal information on secure servers that are managed by us and our service providers, and backups of all website data (including your personal information) are stored in 3rd party services.
  17. We maintain reasonable safeguards to help maintain the data we collect.
  18. For instructions on how you can access the Personal Data you have provided us, how to change such information or to request for it to be deleted, please send an e-mail to [email protected].

Terms of Service

If you used Trusted Tarot before 4 October 2026, these Terms apply to you from 3 November 2026, and until then the previous Terms of Service apply.

1. Acceptance

1.1 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Trusted Tarot: the Trusted Tarot app for mobile devices and its online services, the TrustedTarot.com website, and the emails we send (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Grow Media Limited, a company registered in New Zealand (“Grow Media”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1.2 By accepting these Terms when prompted, or by downloading, installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, and you must not use it where doing so is prohibited by the laws that apply to you.

2.2 The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Licence

3.1 Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service, and to download, install and use the app on devices that you own or control in accordance with the rules of the app store from which you obtained it.

3.2 The Service is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

3.3 Some features may be available only in the latest version of the app. You are responsible for any internet or data charges incurred in using the Service.

4. Accounts and emails

4.1 You may use parts of the Service without an account. If you create an account, for example with your email address or by signing in with Apple or Google, you must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details and any sign-in links or codes secure, and not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account, except to the extent caused by us.

4.2 We may limit the number of devices that can use an account.

4.3 We may send you emails about your account and your purchases. If you have agreed to receive them, we may also send you emails about readings and offers, which you can stop at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email.

4.4 You may delete your account at any time in the app or as described on our website. Deletion is permanent and deleted data cannot be restored. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription (clause 5.4).

5. Purchases and subscriptions

5.1 Some features of the Service, such as subscriptions, question credits and memberships, require payment (“Purchases”). The price and what is included are shown before you buy.

5.2 Purchases made in the app are processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms and payment policies. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

5.3 Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period at the then-current price, and payment is charged to your app store account within the 24 hours before the current period ends, unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.4 You may cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

5.5 If a subscription includes a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

5.6 We may change the price of a subscription. You will be notified in advance as the app store requires, and you may cancel before the new price applies.

5.7 Refunds for Purchases made through an app store are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. Subject to clause 16.1, we do not provide refunds for Purchases made through an app store.

5.8 Memberships bought on the TrustedTarot.com website are processed by our payment provider under the terms and refund policy presented at checkout. While a website membership is active, it also unlocks the app’s paid features for the same email address.

6. Virtual items

6.1 The Service may include virtual items, such as question credits and bonus readings, whether purchased or earned (“Virtual Items”).

6.2 Virtual Items have no monetary value and are not your property. You receive only a limited licence to use them within the Service, and you may not sell, trade, transfer or exchange them for money or anything else of value. Virtual Items are used up when you use them and cannot be refunded or exchanged, except as required by law.

6.3 We may modify or remove Virtual Items at any time, and may remove any Virtual Items obtained through error, exploit or breach of these Terms.

6.4 Subject to clause 16.1, we are not liable to compensate you for any change to, or loss of, Virtual Items, including when an account is deleted or suspended or a feature is discontinued.

7. Advertising

7.1 The Service may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks and partners, including rewarded advertisements that you may choose to watch in exchange for a free reading or another reward. Rewards are given only for advertisements watched in full.

7.2 We do not control or endorse advertisers or the content of advertisements, and any dealings between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.

8. For entertainment purposes only

8.1 The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only. Tarot readings, horoscopes, interpretations, answers and all other content in the Service, on our website and in our emails are for entertainment. Tarot card readings are not an exact science and do not predict future events, so please do not take the interpretations too literally, and use your own judgement and common sense.

8.2 Content from the Service is not a substitute for professional advice. It must not be used as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, as psychological, counselling or mental health advice, as financial or investment advice, or as legal advice, and must not be used in place of the recommendations of medical, legal or financial professionals or other professional counsellors. Never delay or disregard seeking professional advice because of something you have read in the Service.

8.3 Any and all decisions you make based on information provided by us or the Service are your sole and exclusive responsibility.

8.4 Some personalized content may be created with the assistance of a language model. It may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and we do not review each piece of content before it is provided to you.

8.5 If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact your local emergency services.

9. Online services

9.1 The Service requires an internet connection and is provided from our servers or those of our service providers. We do not guarantee that it will be available at all times, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. We will normally give at least 30 days’ notice before permanently discontinuing the app or its online services, unless we are prevented from doing so by law or for security reasons, and we will stop charging subscriptions for a service we discontinue.

9.2 The app may send notifications, which you can turn off in your device’s settings.

10. User content and feedback

10.1 “User Content” means questions, names, birth details, feedback, reviews and any other material you submit through the Service or send to us. You must not submit User Content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory or infringing, or that contains another person’s personal information.

10.2 You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive licence to use, store, copy and modify your User Content to operate, support and improve the Service, for as long as we hold it under our Privacy Policy.

10.3 You also grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and perpetual licence to publish feedback and reviews you send us, including as testimonials on our website or app store pages. We will not publish your full name or any other information that identifies you without your permission, and we will remove a published testimonial on request. We may use any ideas or suggestions you give us without any obligation or payment to you.

10.4 We may modify or remove User Content that breaches these Terms.

11. Prohibited conduct

11.1 You must not:

12. Third-party services, links and affiliates

12.1 The Service relies on third-party services, including those of Apple, Google and our hosting, payment, advertising and artificial intelligence providers. Third-party services are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

12.2 The Service may link to other websites and services, including readings provided by third parties. These links are not an endorsement, and your use of other websites and services is subject to their own terms.

12.3 We may have an affiliate relationship or another material connection with providers of goods and services mentioned in the Service, and we may be paid when you buy from them.

13. Intellectual property

13.1 The Service and all content in it, including its software, text, readings and artwork, and the Trusted Tarot name and logo, are owned by or licensed to Grow Media and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.

13.2 Apple, App Store, Google, Google Play and other third-party names are trade marks of their respective owners, who do not sponsor or endorse the Service.

14. Suspension and termination

14.1 You may stop using the Service at any time. To have your data deleted, delete your account first, and cancel any subscription.

14.2 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service or your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

14.3 On termination, your licence to use the Service and any Virtual Items ends. Clauses 6, 10, 13, 16, 17, 18 and 20 survive termination.

15. Changes

15.1 We may update the Service and amend these Terms from time to time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If an amendment is material, we will notify you in the app, by email or on our website at least 30 days before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

16. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

16.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other law, including the consumer laws of the country where you live, that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

16.2 Subject to clause 16.1, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with your device, or that its content will be accurate.

16.3 Subject to clause 16.1 and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, any loss of data or Virtual Items, any decision you make in reliance on content in the Service, or any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, and our total liability to you in connection with the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of NZ$100 and the amount you paid for Purchases in the 12 months before the claim arose.

16.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

17. Indemnity

17.1 To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against any reasonably foreseeable loss, damage or cost (including reasonable legal costs) that we incur as a direct result of your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by us.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

18.1 These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

18.2 The courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.

18.3 Before commencing proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected], with details that identify you or your account, and to give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief, or from commencing proceedings where necessary to meet a legal deadline.

18.4 If you are a consumer and the law of the country where you live gives you the right to rely on its mandatory consumer laws or to bring proceedings in its courts, nothing in these Terms affects that right.

19. App Store and Google Play

19.1 If you obtained the app from Apple’s App Store:

19.2 If you obtained the app from Google Play, these Terms are between you and Grow Media only, not Google, and Google is not responsible for the app or its support.

20.2 We may assign or transfer these Terms, or any of our rights or obligations under them, to any person, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation or sale of all or part of our business or assets, provided that your rights under these Terms are not reduced. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms.

20.3 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

20.4 Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

20.5 Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship between you and us.

20.6 We may give notices in the app, by email or on our website, and notices given in that way are deemed to be in writing.

20.7 You must not use the Service in breach of any sanctions or export laws that apply to you or to us.

20.8 Except for Apple under clause 19.1, no person other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.
